CONSTRUCTION PLANING SYSTEM USING A DIGITAL TOPOGRAPHICAL MAP AND A DIGITAL CADASTRAL MAP FOR LOT

PURPOSE: A building height plan establishment system of unit area head utilizing figure topography land registration map is provided to enable a user to check a construction ability height at a glance in a map data. CONSTITUTION: A division unit(20) generates overlapped map which can divide roads and heads or between heads. By using 3D coordinate values of a figure topographical map comprising the overlapped map, the division roads respectively extracts a coordinate values of a border line and a division line. A first calculator(30) calculates a parameter by suing calculated coordinate value. The fist calculator calculates a maximum height, minimum height, and a first construction available height which is available for construction according to each head.
