PURPOSE: A battery pack and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve coupling strength between a case and a resin portion by coupling protrusions and holes respectively formed in the resin portion and case. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack includes a bare cell(100) and a resin portion(500) located at the lower part of the bare cell. At least one protrusion(550) is formed at one side of the resin portion. A lower case is located at the lower part of the resin portion, wherein the lower case has a hole(600a) coupled to the protrusion at the position corresponding to a protrusion. |
