PURPOSE: A rainwater water quality improvement processing system is provided to prevent a flooding accident by independently separating a foreign material collection path from a rainwater inflow path. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater water quality improvement processing system comprises a sump tank(20), a impurity collection box(30), and a impurity separator(40). The sump tank is buried under the underground space of the road. The impurity collection box is located on the top of the sump tank and collects the foreign material including the garbage etc. The impurity separator is arranged in both left and right side of the impurity collection box and filters out foreign materials.
