FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: tuyere consists of multitude of periphery nozzles equipped with one inlet pipeline for supply of gas under high pressure. Additionally, it contains the central subsonic nozzle equipped with a separate pipeline for supply of low pressure gas independent from the pipeline of high pressure for periphery nozzles. Consumption via the central subsonic nozzle is controlled to change formation of drops of liquid metal during blasting in accordance with requirements of the process. ^ EFFECT: increased area of surface of separation of slag-metal for improvement of de-phosphorisation in LD converter. ^ 9 cl, 17 dwg |
