The device has a rod (10) including a lower end (10a) with a profile to engage freely and rotate in a hinge shaped part arranged in a lower part of an apron for providing anchoring and fixation to carry out a pulling operation. An upper end (10b) of the rod is arranged with another profile engaged around a locking/unlocking handle placed on the apron, where insertion of the latter profile is performed after unlocking the apron and by inclined orientation of the handle. The latter profile assures locking function of the rod when the handle is moved back to a closed position of the apron.
