The device has a pair of clamping jaws (23) grabbing a surface of a smooth tubular preform, and a pair of connection pins maintaining ends of the preform. Multiple wavy formation plates are connected with each other to make telescopic movement, where each plate is divided into two halves (15a, 15b). Compression units (31) move the plates according to an axis of the preform. A mold holder (25) is divided into two halves (33) fixed on respective clamping jaws. The respective half of each plate moves in the mold holder by sliding motion.
