The device has a monoshell frame (1) coupled to a three-point attachment (2) of a tractor and provided with a seat (3) for an operator. A film unwinding unit unwinds polyethylene films (7, 9) under forwarding action of the tractor. A shovel (11) is mounted on sides of the monoshell frame to cover longitudinal edges of one of the polyethylene films. A tamper roller (18) is placed at rear of the monoshell frame. A crushing chamber receives reserve water. Series evacuation openings are formed toward bottom of the crushing chamber and opened or closed by the operator.
