PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise cooperative control between a contact avoidance support control function and a vehicle attitude stabilization control function. SOLUTION: A contact avoidance support control part, when VSA control by a VSA control part is in an OFF state, performs contact avoidance support, for example, issuing an alarm, at timing earlier than timing when the control is in an ON state; and can surely perform the contact avoidance support by urging operation of a steering handle by the alarm, so that precise cooperative control between the contact avoidance support control function and the vehicle attitude stabilization control function can be performed.
