PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic method for a polymer combo of cytokine, chemokine, growth factor, polypeptide hormone and their receptor bonding antagonist. SOLUTION: The preparation of polymer combo decreases or prevents stereoscopic block of receptor/ligand mutual action. The decrease or prevention occurs by addition of a polymer to the receptor combo region of cytokine, chemokine, growth factor and polypeptide hormone, and their agonistic analogues and antagonistic analogues.
