<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of improving accuracy for the oscillation frequency of an output signal. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes a compensation voltage generator 160, an adder 150, and a voltage control oscillator 220. The compensation voltage generator 160 generates a compensation voltage S150 for compensating the frequency temperature characteristics of a piezoelectric element. The adder 150 adds the compensation voltage S150 to a control voltage S130 to generate a correction control voltage S160. The voltage control oscillator 220 changes an oscillation frequency based on the correction control voltage S160 to generate and output an output signal S170 with a desired oscillation frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
