MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR POLYMERIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for highly micronizing and equalizing the dispersion phase in a polymeric composite material for which the dispersion phase of particles is formed on the host phase of a synthetic polymer.

SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus (10) for a polymeric composite material includes: a cylinder (13) for which a throw-in section (A) for throwing in the synthetic polymer and the hydrated compound of the particle is installed on the upstream side, and a take-out means (17) is installed on the downstream side; a screw (15) which axially rotates in the cylinder (13) being set at a kneading temperature (Tz) by which the synthetic polymer melts, and extrudes the kneaded article of a base resin and the excessive hydrated compound toward the take-out means (17); and a dehydrating means (40) which is installed in the cylinder (13) and dehydrates the moisture contained in the kneaded article at set pressures (Pa, Pb and Pc) which are lower than a saturated steam pressure (Pz) at the kneading temperature (Tz) and higher than the atmospheric pressure.
