PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivering container which can project only an amount of content from necessity bit by bit, prevents the tip part projected once from being re-stored inside, and as the result, can surely prevent the content from being damaged such as cracking caused by a useless movement, and can easily perform an assembling operation. SOLUTION: The delivering container includes: a rotator A which erects a rotating shaft 12 in a cylindrical case B and is mounted relatively rotatably to a case; an inner tray C which is mounted so as to be elevatable/descendable to the case and the rotating shaft and is elevated and descended by relative rotation of the rotator to the case; and a rotation regulating member D which is mounted from the back face of a top plate part 11 of the rotator, and fits and fixes a substrate 51 on the back face of the top plate part 11, and extends an engaging nail 55 above an inserting window 17 through the inserting window 17 penetrated on the top plate part 11. A rotational direction regulating mechanism for regulating the relative rotational direction of the rotator A to the case B only in the elevating direction of the inner tray C is constituted by a plurality of ratchet teeth 30 projected circumferentially and the engaging nail 55 on the lower end part of the inner periphery of the case B.
