PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator which can be miniaturized and accurately separate sucked matters. SOLUTION: In the separator, a separator body having a predetermined length in a vertical direction is arranged, a driving part body having a sucking driving unit is arranged in an upper end of the separator body, a sucking port part and a discharge port part spaced apart from the sucking port part are arranged and a communication path communicating the sucking port part and the discharge port part is formed in the driving part body, a separating means separating solid and fluid sucked from the sucking port part is arranged inside of the separator body, and a discharge port part discharging the fluid is arranged below the separator body in the separator.
