PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful for food and drink, quasi-drugs, medical drugs, etc., targeting prevention, amelioration or treatment of: loss in springiness and tonicity of skin, lipid metabolism disorder, obesity caused by visceral fat and subcutaneous fat, or metabolic syndrome accompanying these symptoms; and to provide a preparation for oral ingestion of the composition. SOLUTION: This composition comprises flavored vinegar or its extract as effective components. Preferably the flavored vinegar or its extract is matured for one year or longer.
