PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly verify radiation noise caused by leakage flux, for each shape of a variety of passive element members. SOLUTION: A simulation device 1 for verifying leakage flux generated by the passive element member installed on a print circuit board includes: a shape input means 10 for inputting at least a core shape of the passive element member; a three-dimensional modelling generation means 20 for generating a three-dimensional modelling from a core shape of the input passive element member; an analysis sample data registration means 30 for dividing an area in the three-dimensional modelling and registering the analysis sample data in each divided area; and a calculation means 40 for performing calculation for verifying the leakage flux by executing a finite element method on the basis of data of the three-dimensional modelling in which the analysis sample data is registered.
