<p>The transfer of a crystal (3) of amorphous or crystalline structure to a thin film (1) of different structure may be accomplished by a combination of pressing (6) and heating (7) in order to apply the film on the crystal and anneal it in order to crystallize it. Characteristically, blocks (5) are placed at the edges so as to bend the film and initiate cracking of the assembly, and to release the film when the pressure is removed, thereby eliminating complicated methods for removing the crystal (3) or even destroying it; the method enables the crystal (3) to be used for several films to be crystallized, allows a good manufacturing rate to be achieved and reduces the costs.</p> |
