PURPOSE: A resonant solar cell is provided to resonate light particles of a near-infrared ray area through a resonance hole to convert the light particles into electrical energy, thereby increasing efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An N channel layer(11) and a P channel layer(12) are made of a photoelectric semiconductor layer. A plurality of resonant holes(100) resonates a wavelength of light on a surface of the N channel layer. A resonant hole is resonated at 900~1300nm which is a central wavelength of a near-infrared ray area. The height of a sidewall(102) of the resonant hole is twice longer than the diameter of the resonant hole. A light incident part(110) is formed in an inlet of the resonant hole. |
