ASSEMBLY METHOD BY REACTIVE BRAZING AND VACUUM CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLED USING THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method by reactive brazing having excellent wettability and excellent assembly strength in order to metallize a surface to be brazed in advance to perform the assembly of a metallic element by the brazing and a ceramic element.

SOLUTION: In the assembly method, a brazing alloy 1 contains titanium, and a metallic element 2 contains nickel. By forming a reactive layer with sufficient thickness and stability on an interface between the metallic element 2 and the ceramic element 3, a non-wettable area on the surface of the ceramic element 3 is minimized, and the amount of intermetallic compound in a brazed body is minimized thereby.
