PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on a used for maintenance by facilitating assembly and disassembly of a turbo machine without requiring an experienced worker. SOLUTION: Members including an impeller 2, a rotor 3a of a motor, a shaft 4, and a bearing 5 composing a turbo blower S1 are integrated to a module part 10.
