<p>The present invention relates to a standby power cut-off device having an automatic load sensing function, and a power outlet and a power cord plug having the same, which minimize the standby power of the power outlet or the power cord plug and prevent loss of life, fire, and the like resulting from an electric shock, an electric leakage or generation of heat through the power outlet or the power cord plug. To achieve this objective, the present invention comprises: a power transform unit for transforming AC power to DC power; a relay for supplying the AC power to an output terminal; a load sensing unit which is connected to the relay to sense at least one of a non-connected state between the output terminal and a load, a contacting state of a human body, a connecting state of the load, and a short-circuiting state; a control unit which is connected to the load sensing unit to prevent the AC power from being supplied to the output terminal by turning off the relay in at least one of the non-connected state of the load, the contacting state of the human body, and the short-circuiting state, and to supply the AC power to the output terminal by turning on the relay only in the connecting state of the load; and a relay output unit for operating the relay according to a control of the control unit.</p> |
