<p>In order to solve the problem in the existing Package Transport Network (PTN) that the non-end base station does not support the Boundary Clock (BC) mode in multicast mode when the base stations cascade, a method for enabling boundary clock in the cascade base station is provided, which includes the following steps: at the present base station, receiving a first synchronization message with time stamp of upper base station from the upper base station, wherein the time stamp is the sending time of said first synchronization message; obtaining the delay between upper base station and the present base station according to the time stamp in the first synchronization message; determining the clock signal of the present base station by utilizing said delay and the clock signal of the upper base station; sending a second synchronization message with time stamp of the present base station to the lower base station, wherein the time stamp is the sending time of said second synchronization message. A device for enabling boundary clock in the cascade base station is also provided.</p> |
