PURPOSE: A food waste treating apparatus is provided to evenly crush food waste into fine particles and to reduce the weight of the food waste through microbe fermentation. CONSTITUTION: A food waste treating apparatus comprises a disposer and a stirrer(200). The disposer comprises a crushing portion(111), a delivery plate(120), an inclined plate(130), a first crushing cutter(180), and a second crushing cutter(190). The food waste is put into the crushing portion through a drain outlet. The delivery plate includes multiple delivery ports to discharge pulverized food waste downward. The inclined plate is inclined to guide the movement of the food waste delivered to a discharge port(140). The first crushing cutter and the second crushing cutter crush water and the food waste put into the crushing portion. The stirrer comprises a stirring blade(240) and a porous container(250). |
