<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor allowing reproduction or viewing/listening of continuous compressed data such as AV reproduction or viewing/listening of broadcast with low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This data processor includes: a decoding part 11 outputting decoded data obtained by decoding the compressed data read from a first data storage part 21; a second data storage part 22 storing the decoded data; a DA conversion part 41 reading the decoded data from the second data storage part 22 in real time, and converting them into an analog signal; a first control part 52 controlling the decoding part 11 to make intermittent operation be performed by performing processing from the reading of the compressed data to the storage of the decoded data at speed faster than real-time; a clock/power control part 54 restricting power consumption on the upstream side of the second data storage part 22 in a stop period of the intermittent operation; a second control part 53 outputting a control signal corresponding to a storage state of the decoded data in the second data storage part 22; and a start-up control part 55 making the clock/power control part 54 release the restriction of the power consumption in response to reception of the control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
