PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body cover structure for a saddle riding type vehicle, improving designing properties of an outer edge and maintenance performance. SOLUTION: A side molding 44 with a generally squarish C-shaped cross-section is attached extending over the outer edge of the front inner cover 32 of a leg shield and the outer edge of a front cover 31. A first wall 70 on the vehicle rear side of the side molding 44 is made to abut on the rear surface of a joint flange 53 of the front inner cover 32. A boss 59b projecting forward is arranged in the joint flange 53, and a fitting hole 78 of a second wall 71 on the vehicle front side of the side molding 44 is fitted to the boss 59b. A screw 60 is screwed to the boss 59b from the front surface side of the second wall 71 to fix the second wall 71 to the front inner cover 32.
