PURPOSE: A hinge module for a cover slide type portable terminal and a portable terminal having the same are provided to enable a smooth sliding. CONSTITUTION: A fix plate(310) is combined to a body. A guide rail(320) is installed in forward/reward direction to both sides of a fixing plate. A transfer plate(330) guides both sides to slide along the guide rail.
