<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in edge detection for an image which is a subject to be measured that is colored at least one of red, green and blue, etc. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing type measuring instrument includes: an illumination device 30 having red LED31, green LED32 and blue LED33; a control part 61 which can independently control the luminance of each beam source; a color image sensor 50 for separating reflected beams from the subject 1 to be measured into a red beam, green beam and blue beam and outputting by decomposing to red beam image signals R, green beam image signals G and blue image signals B based on the respective beams; and an image processing part 62 for applying a gray-scale image processing to the image signal of the same color as the radiated beam among the image signals obtained from the color image sensor when one of the red LED, the green LED and the blue LED is radiated on the subject to be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
