PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair and maintain the supporting and driving part of a blind by suppressing the deformation and rupture of slats even if the blind mal-functions while the slats are fully closed. SOLUTION: In this blind, one ends 22a of a large number of slat holders 22 are connected to a swing rail 20, slats 26 are detachably held on the slat holders 22, respectively, the slat holders 22 are rotated to open and close the slats 26 when the swing rail 20 is moved, and when the slats are fully closed, all slats 26 configures a closed surface 28 and the ends of the adjacent slats 26 are overlapped with each other. One end 22a of the first slat holder 22A is attachable to/detachable from the swing rail 20. Therefore, one end 22a of the first slat holder 22A can be removed from the swing rail 20 by a force in a predetermined direction which is applied to the first slat 26A when the slats are fully closed.
