COLONY PICKING METHOD, COLONY PICKING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FUSED CELL CLONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colony picking method, by which fused cells-holding objective differentiated characters can more surely be obtained than by conventional methods, and which can reduce labors, time loads and money loads for producing the fused cells.

SOLUTION: This colony picking method for obtaining a fused cell clone from fused cell colonies contained in a well giving the positive result of a primary screening performed after cells are fused and then selectively cultured in a selective culture medium is characterized by comprising a picking process S10 for screening one colony from fused cell colonies contained in the well and then picking the fused cells contained in the colony, and a sowing process S20 for sowing the picked fused cells on each culture medium.
