<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system having improved reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes a diaphragm pump for delivering fluid, and a control part 100 for feedbacking the flow amount of the fluid delivered by the diaphragm pump to output a control value to the diaphragm pump. The control part 100 changes the control value in starting the diaphragm pump, in accordance with a temperature. It can start the diaphragm pump in consideration of the influences of the diaphragm on the temperature to produce a desired flow amount from a starting step, as compared with the case of simply controlling the flow amount to feedback the flow amount to the control value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
