<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking apparatus which facilitates estimation of the cause of abnormal marking. <P>SOLUTION: The laser marking apparatus 1 includes: a laser marker 2; a controller 4 including a controlling device 15; and a console 6 and performs marking by a galvano scanner 13. The laser marking apparatus 1 further includes: a laser output measuring means; an abnormal marking detecting means; and a storing means for storing into a memory an imaged image of a pattern and status information including an output value of a laser beam in association with each other. The abnormal marking is detected by associating the imaged image of the pattern which is imaged by an imaging apparatus 14 provided on the laser marker 2 with the status information including at least the output value of a laser beam L on the basis of the detection of the abnormal output of the laser beam L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
