PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cutting device which can allow the angle and height of an edge of a cutting tool to be easily adjusted against an ultrasonic vibrator. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic cutting device comprises an ultrasonic horn 4 comprising a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped horn body 40, a holder 2, a plurality of node flanges 41 disposed on both outer sides of two faces that are orthogonal to a face, on which an ultrasonic vibrator 3 is fixed, and are opposed to each other, and a plurality of flange bases 41a connected to the horn body 40, the plurality of node flanges 41 and a mounting base being detachably fixed with a plurality of screws 8 at a plurality of sites within the contact faces. The horn body 40 and the holder 2 are fastened with a screw 7 having a threaded shaft disposed on an extended line of a vibration major axis of the ultrasonic vibrator 3. A first concave 42 and a first convex 22, which are fitted into each other for threaded shaft positioning purposes, are provided around the screw 7. Further, a second concave 43 and a second convex 23 are provided, on the outer side of the first concave 42 and the first convex 22, for mutual positioning of the horn body 40 and the holder 2.
