PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can generate video, in consideration of the relation between contents. SOLUTION: A material analysis module 103 analyzes a plurality of input materials, determines attributes of each material, and stores in a material information database 106 material information and attribute information. An attribute/category analysis module 104 groups the plurality of input materials based on generation time, and determines an attribute with high degree of attention as a grouping key for every group. The attribute/category analysis module 104 stores the grouping key information and group information in the material information database 106. A composite moving picture generating module 109 selects a group agreeing with the input grouping key and generates video data using materials belonging to the group and a selected composite moving picture template.
