<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral structure excelling in productivity without requiring much time and labor, reducing distribution means to flexibly permit a specification change of construction in the field and efficiently assembled and installed. <P>SOLUTION: The position of the center 1 is determined, and flat plate parts are fixed and stacked while shifting the angles of the flat plate parts with the center 1 as the basis.
