PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing of an output shaft, and to suppress manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: An input shaft 12 and the output shaft 13 rotatably supported on a housing 11, and an internal gear 14 fixed to the housing 11 are coaxially arranged, and a roller 21 is held so as to roll by a retainer member 30 apart from the output shaft 13 between the internal gear 14 and an eccentric shaft 17 provided on the input shaft 12. The retainer member 30 has a cylindrical joint 32 fitting on the outer periphery of the output shaft 13, the joint 32 is fitted and fixed on the output shaft 13 under press fitting, and the retainer member 30 is rotated integrally with the output shaft 13. When the input shaft 12 is rotated, the integrally rotated eccentric shaft 17 presses each roller 21 against teeth of the internal gear 14 and revolves it by just a proportion of one tooth, and the decelerated output shaft 13 is rotated via the retainer member 30 holding the revolving roller 21.
