PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly avoid a radio interference in case of radio communication from a vehicle. SOLUTION: A radio interference avoider 10 includes an information storage 25 storing a communication output from the defective radio communication, a communication channel, the positional information of the present position of the vehicle and the time information of a present time when the detective communication state of the radio communication device 14 loaded on the vehicle for conducting the radio communication is decided. A communication setting changer 24 changes a present communication output into a communication output larger than that stored in the information storage 25, changes the present communication output into the communication channel except the communication channel stored in the information storage 25 or changes the communication output and the communication channel when the present position of the vehicle is near the position of the positional information stored in the information storage 25.
