PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker capable of making rice flour bread from rice grains. SOLUTION: A baking chamber 4 opening at an upper side therof is formed inside a body 1. A cooking container 12 removably received in the baking chamber 4, and a heater 5 for heating the cooking container 12 are disposed inside the baking chamber 4, wherein the upper side opening of the baking chamber 4 closed by a shielding lid 3. The lower part of the body 1 is disposed with a mixing/kneading motor 8. A rotation shaft 6 which is operatively connected to the mixing/kneading motor 8 to be rotatingly driven is upward extended from the bottom of the baking chamber 4 penetrating through the cooking container 12. A mixing/kneading blade 13 is detachably attached to the rotation shaft 6 located inside the cooking container 12, with the cooking container 12 stored therein. The automatic bread maker includes a position change means 14 which moves a mill 18 having a cutting motor 21 for rotatingly driving a cutting blade 20 provided to a tip end, to a cutting position and a storage position, and a non-illustrated control section controls the mill 18, the position change means 14, the opening/closing of the shielding lid 3, and the temperature of the heater 5.
