Disclosed is ecological sleep bedding which can be used with existing bedding, can reduce power consumption, and can reduce CO2. In-bed air (35) enveloped by a bed cover (33) and an underlying ventilation net (31) is drawn in via a three-dimensional ventilation net (22), passes through the intake tube (28) and intake port of a circulating heater (1), enters the circulating heater (1) and is circulated. A covering blower net (32) is attached to the bed cover (33), an underlying blower cloth (34) covers the underlying ventilation net (31) in the mattress, and the three-dimensional ventilation net (22) is provided therebetween. Existing bedding can be used by being laid on the mattress and being connected to the circulating heater (1).
