<p>3-Carbamoyl-1-thia-isochroman-1,1-dioxide derivs. preparation. The title cpd. of general formula: (in which R1 and R2 is a lower alkyl residue and R3 is H or a lower alkyl gp.) and is prepd. by reacting with conc. H2SO4 at room temp., a cpd. of general formula: (where R4 is a carbonitrile or carbamoyl gp.). Pref. the deriv. is 3-carbamoyl-3-methyl-6,7-dimethoxy-1-thiisochroman-1.1-dioxide. Used pharmaceutically as anticonvulsant.</p> |
