<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay communication system that properly regulates the number of accesses to subsystems. <P>SOLUTION: A call center server R1 includes a maximum access database, a communication management information database, and a control unit. The maximum access database stores the maximum number of accesses to client terminals 5 under control of a customer-side server R3. The communication management information database stores communication management information associated with connections between the client terminals 5 under control of the customer-side server R3 and a dispatch-destination server R2. Based upon the communication management information, the control unit determines the current number of accesses to the client terminals under control of the customer-destination server R3, and compares it with the maximum number of accesses to determine whether to regulate the access. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
