<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for easily controlling communication between maintenance object electronic equipment and a computer which performs remote maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A first session is established between relay servers 10 and 20, and the relay server 20 performs the remote maintenance of a general server 12 by using a first session. When the duration of the first session exceeds a prescribed time, an access management device 30 specifies a support device 40 capable of performing access to the relay servers 10 and 20 based on an access permission list 71. The access management device 30 instructs access to the relay servers 10 and 20 to the support device 40, and notifies the relay servers 10 and 20 that access from the support device 40 is performed.
