<p>PURPOSE: A light transmitting film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a moire phenomenon by making a first pattern which is not vertical and parallel to a reference direction. CONSTITUTION: A film(100) includes a plurality of nano units(60) and a reference direction(D1). A plurality of first patterns(210) are formed on the film by using an energy beam(82). The first pattern is not vertical and parallel to the reference direction. The reference direction is parallel to the side of the film.</p> |
