PURPOSE: A method for determining the availability of a radio resource in a network node having different transmission output is provided to maximally avoid collision by transmitting and receiving transmission output information between nodes through a preamble to and from another network which has different transmission output for each node. CONSTITUTION: If a received preamble is a PN1, the previously determined threshold value corresponding to the PN1 is compared with the strength of a reception signal(S10,S20). If the received preamble is PN2, the previously determined threshold value corresponding to PN2 is compared with the strength of the reception signal(S40). If the strength of the reception signal is below the predetermined threshold value corresponding to the PN2, it is judged that a radio resources of a second node can be used(S50). If the strength of the reception signal is below the previously determined threshold value corresponding to PN1, it is judged that the radio resource of the second node cannot be used(S60).
