<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device exhibiting improved convenience when the control capability of a part of control units decreases in a power saving mode or the like, and to provide a program and an image processing system. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device 30 includes the plurality of control units 31 and 32 operated to execute each of functions.
