PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly, accurately, and easily measure oxygen concentration within an aerosol vessel by "nondestructive inspection" without following a destruction of the aerosol vessel. SOLUTION: A tool for measuring oxygen concentration includes: a tool body 1 where a communication path 7 communicating with a pedestal part 6 is provided axially while providing the pedestal part 6 communicable with a stem 5 of the aerosol vessel 4; and a measurement gas sampling needle 10 that is inserted into the communication path 7 of the tool body 1 to introduce measurement gas within the aerosol vessel 4 inserted from the pedestal part 6 and can transport the introduced measurement gas to an oxygen concentration analysis device 15. An outlet 18 for discharging the measurement gas to the tool body 1 is formed, and the air within the communication path 7 is simultaneously discharged from the outlet 18 following the discharge of the measurement gas from the outlet 18, thus introducing the measurement gas to a tip introduction part 11 while only the measurement gas exists at least at the tip introduction part 11.
