PURPOSE: A method for controlling and forming metal-based nano structure is provided to control a nano-surface and nano-structure by synthesizing glycerol according to the synthesizing process of polyol. CONSTITUTION: A nano-structure controlled metal-based particle is obtained from metal-based salt using glycerol as a reducing agent. The metal-based particle is a precursor including Pt, Pd, Co, Ni, Ru, Cu, Au, Ag, Rh, Bi, Fe, In, Sn, and Sb. A method for forming the nano-structure controlled metal-based particle includes the following: Nano-structure controlled metal particles are synthesized using glycerol in an aqueous solution as a reducing agent. The synthesized nano-structure controlled metal-based particles are heated and cooled. |
