PURPOSE: A food waste processing apparatus is provided to save energy used for cooling heat generated from a condenser, and to recycle the heat generated from a compressed coolant of a compressor. CONSTITUTION: A food waste processing apparatus comprises the following: a body including a hollow unit; a stirring container for stirring food waste inside the body; a heating member for supplying heat to the stirring container; and a dehumidification member for removing the moisture from the stirring container. The dehumidification member includes a compressor(51) for compressing a coolant, a condenser(53) for condensing the coolant, an evaporator(55) for vaporizing the condensed coolant, and a coolant pipe(57) connecting all the units.
