The heating-cooling and ventilation system has an upstream or downstream air conditioning chamber (1) arranged in a cooling generator or heating rod grooves of a radial ventilator (2). The walls (8,9,10) of the air conditioning chamber are lined with sound-absorbing material and are provided for a part with a through hole.
