PURPOSE: A friction pad for brake system is provided to improve productivity by reduction in assembly time and to reduce manufacturing costs, since a support spring is directly fixed to a back plate. CONSTITUTION: A friction pad for brake system comprises a friction material(120), a back plate(110), and a supporting spring(130). Multiple friction materials comprise a friction member(122) and a supporting member(124). The friction member is formed into the shape of a post. The supporting member is welded with the lower surface of the friction member. The back plate is formed into the shape of a plate corresponding to the supporting member. The back plate is separated from the supporting member. The supporting spring is comprised of a mounting portion, an inclined portion, and an elastic portion.
