PURPOSE: A proximity location tracking system is provided to enable a tracking terminal to reversely track a non-audible sound wave, thereby accurately tracking a location of a location terminal. CONSTITUTION: A tracking terminal(20) tracks a location of a location terminal(10). The location terminal includes a location microwave generating unit and the first RF transceiver. The location microwave generating unit generates a location microwave with a unique identification number. The first RF transceiver transceives a location microwave with a base station.
