PURPOSE: A thermoplastic composite panel and a molding apparatus and method thereof are provided to reduce damage to a thermoplastic composite panel or the delamination between the reinforcing sheet and the resin layer caused by an external force because the reinforcing sheet is embossed. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic composite panel comprises an extruder, a pair of forming rollers(141,145), a mixer(150), and a reinforcing sheet feeder. The extruder has a heater(113) which heats a resin composition in a melting space and a kneading unit which kneads the resin composition. The pair of forming rollers form an embossed pattern on the reinforcing sheet with forming projections(142,146) and forming grooves(143,147). The mixer has a mixing space in which molten resin and the embossed reinforcing sheet and a discharge port which discharges a half-molded product. The reinforcing sheet feeder supplies reinforcing sheets between the forming rollers. |
